Dispatch Operator

Our 24/7 Operations Center is looking for sharp, detail-oriented Dispatch Operators to manage real-time communications between field officers, clients, and emergency services. You will be the critical link ensuring rapid response to all security events.

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and alarm systems across multiple sites
• Dispatch security officers to respond to incidents and alarms
• Maintain constant radio and phone communication with field units
• Log all incidents, calls, and dispatches accurately in the system
• Coordinate with 911 and local law enforcement when necessary
• Provide real-time updates to clients during active incidents
• Perform shift handover briefings with incoming dispatchers

• Previous dispatch, call center, or security monitoring experience
• Excellent multitasking and decision-making under pressure
• Strong computer literacy (CCTV software, CRM, reporting tools)
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Clean criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
