1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and GetGuard Security Group, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of https://getguardsecuritygroup.com and https://getguardsecurity.com, and any related media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application (collectively, the “Site”).
Scope Notice
These Terms govern only your access to and use of the Site. They do not govern, and are not an offer to provide, physical security guard services, armed or unarmed security, mobile patrol, fire watch, executive protection, or remote monitoring services. Those services are governed exclusively by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement or client contract, as described in Section 6.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://getguardsecuritygroup.com/privacy-policy, which explains how we collect and use information through the Site.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site and will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (the “Content”), and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws of the United States and applicable international laws.
The Content and Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal, non-commercial use only. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no part of the Site, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
In addition to the representations in Section 5, you agree not to:

- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any associated systems or networks, or breach any security or authentication measures
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Site
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or networks connected to it
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Site for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
5. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you submit through the Site will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will promptly update it as necessary
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
- You are at least 18 years old, or if you are a minor in your jurisdiction, that you have obtained parental or guardian permission to use the Site
- Your use of the Site will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
6. Security Services & Master Agreement
The provision of professional security guard services, armed security, unarmed security, mobile patrol, fire watch, executive protection, or remote monitoring is subject to a separate, formal contract and Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) executed directly between GetGuard Security Group, Inc. and the client.
Nothing on this Site, including any quote calculator, form submission, or online estimate, constitutes a binding offer to provide physical security services absent a signed written agreement and formal deployment schedule.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access any third-party links at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
8. SMS Terms of Service (Text Messaging)
By opting into SMS text messages through a web form, quote request, contact submission, or other medium on the Site, you agree to receive SMS messages from GetGuard Security Group, Inc. as described below.

- Message Types: Customer care communications, appointment reminders, account notifications, and security/dispatch or service-related updates.
- Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your service requests and ongoing interactions.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

- Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

9. Quotes, Fees & Payments
All estimates, rates, and quotes provided through online web forms, phone consultations, or automated calculators are preliminary estimates only, subject to physical site assessment, risk evaluation, and written confirmation.
Payment terms, invoicing schedules, overtime billing rates, and holiday adjustments are set out in the applicable service contract or invoice provided to the client, not in these Terms.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use of it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees, and agents will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Site.
This limitation of liability applies strictly to the Site and your access to or use of it. Liability relating to our provision of actual security services is governed exclusively by the applicable Master Services Agreement or service agreement between the parties.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or breach of your representations and warranties.
12. Site Modifications & Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove Content on the Site at any time, or to suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site, at our sole discretion and without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
13. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to or use of the Site if you violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized or unlawful activity, misuse the Site, or otherwise act in a way that may adversely affect the Site, the Company, or other users, or where reasonably necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Site.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
15. Severability, Waiver, Assignment & Entire Agreement
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right, provision, or remedy under these Terms will constitute a waiver of that right, provision, or remedy. Any waiver must be made expressly in writing and applies only to the specific instance given.
Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your access to and use of the Site, superseding any prior or contemporaneous communications or understandings regarding the Site. These Terms do not modify, amend, or supersede any separate Master Services Agreement, security-services contract, statement of work, or other formal agreement governing physical security services. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed security-services agreement or MSA, the security-services agreement controls with respect to the services provided under it.
