Event Security Specialist

Our Event Security Division handles some of the highest-profile events in the country. We are seeking experienced and adaptable Event Security Specialists who can manage crowd control, VIP protection, and emergency response at large-scale venues.

• Provide security coverage at concerts, conventions, and corporate events
• Manage crowd control and enforce venue entry/exit procedures
• Conduct bag checks, wand screening, and ID verification
• Protect VIP guests and talent in backstage areas
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with EMS
• Work closely with event coordinators and venue management
• Prepare post-event security reports and incident documentation

• Valid state-issued Security Guard License
• Minimum 1 year of event security or crowd management experience
• Physical fitness — ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts
• Professional appearance and calm demeanor under pressure
• Willingness to travel for nationwide events
• Clean criminal background check
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
